# Martin Blanquer

Freelance Product Manager

I'm a freelance Product Manager with 11+ years of experience. *I care deeply* about building products that make complex things feel simple, and I believe the best outcomes come from obsessing over both strategy and craft.

Currently, I'm working on [Sofinco](https://www.sofinco.fr/)'s mobile app and rolling out their design system to every team. Previously, I led product at [Diduenjoy](https://www.diduenjoy.com/), [Betclic](https://www.betclic.fr/) and a few [other](https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinblanquer) companies. You can reach me on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinblanquer) and via [email](mailto:hello@mblq.co), or see my code on [GitHub](https://github.com/martinblq).

## Work

- [Clarify before you communicate](https://mblq.co/en/articles/clarify-before-you-communicate.md) (2026-02-27): The problem isn't how you say it. It's that you haven't finished thinking. SCQA, STAR, PEARL: three structures for thinking before speaking.
- [When to stop discovery](https://mblq.co/en/articles/when-to-stop-discovery.md) (2026-02-23): Discovery is the PM's best tool. It's also their best excuse to never ship. A decision framework for knowing when you know enough.
